Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup BARLEYMAX® flakes
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¾ cup almond milk
- A few cubes of ice
Method
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Tips:
- Add in some LSA mix for an extra fibre and antioxidant boost.
- Use coconut milk and add some shredded coconut for a flavour alternative.
