Guilt free chocolate bliss balls made with BARLEYMAX® flakes.
Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup BARLEYMAX® flakes
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup pepitas
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
Method
- Blitz dates, BARLEYMAX® flakes, vanilla extract, pepitas and cocoa powder in a food processor till the mixture resembles fine crumbs
- Shape mixture into balls
- Roll in coconut until well coated
Tip:
Soften the dates if needed by soaking them in warm water for 2 minutes before adding them to the food processor.
