Chocolate BARLEYMAX® bliss balls

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup BARLEYMAX® flakes
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup pepitas
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Blitz dates, BARLEYMAX® flakes, vanilla extract, pepitas and cocoa powder in a food processor till the mixture resembles fine crumbs
  2. Shape mixture into balls
  3. Roll in coconut until well coated

Tip:

Soften the dates if needed by soaking them in warm water for 2 minutes before adding them to the food processor.
