After many years of the paleo and low carbohydrate diet brigades preaching their anti-grain messages, the good news is that the tide is finally turning. A study conducted by the Grains and Legumes Nutrition Council has found that fewer Australians are now limiting grain foods. Whilst this is a positive change, we still need to ensure that we are eating enough wholegrains.
